Vegetarian cafe that caters also for vegans. All bread, soups, cakes, pizza's etc are hand made at the cafe using as much fair traded and locally grown produce when available. The cafe overlooks the nature reserve. Accessible on foot from Chorlton via Jacksons Bridge or by car via the M60 junction 6, following signs for Trafford Water Sports Centre. Has outdoor seating. Cash only. Open daily summer 11am-5pm, winter 11am-4pm.
